Mary Nguak Kud, water usage officer for the borehole built by TearFund, Apada Returnee camp. Her main task involves settling disputes between people using this water hole. She is proud to have been given this responsibility when the borehole was built next to her house. During the civil war, her husband, an SPLA soldier, was killed so she fled to Karthoum with her daughter. While she does good use of the seeds provided by Tearfund, she still requires rations from WFP to survive. Apada returnee camp, Aweil, Bahr El Gazhal State, South Sudan.
