Master Karma Lama in the studio. He arrived in Katmandu in 1982 with Master Karsang Lama and Yubaraj Lama and they decided to challenge the artistic landscape of Thangka paintings in the capital at that time. The beginnings were tough yet thirty years later and with over a hundred artists
